Pro Evolution Indoor Sports & Recreation Centre

1. All players play at their own risk. Pro Evolution Sports, its owners, staff &/or volunteers are in no way liable for any loss or injury incurred as a result of playing sport or participating in any activity whatsoever at Pro Evolution Sports.

2. Whilst we aim to provide you with a safe court to play on, there are risks involved with participation. Please familiarize yourself with these risks prior to participating.

3. You agree to abide by all Centre policies pertaining to both individuals and teams.

4. You can/will be liable for any outstanding booking debts, penalties or fines.

​

5. Management of Pro Evolution Sports reserve the right to ban you from the centre for any reason at its sole discretion.

6. Management of Pro Evolution Sports reserve the right to remove you from the centre for any reason at its sole discretion.

7. For One off booking, Pro Evolution Sports requires full payment withn 24 hours to secure the booking. Please note that the payment is not refundable. Only make booking when you are ready to proceed.

8. For weekly booking, Pro Evolution Sports requires a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel the booking on the week. If the appropriate notice is not given, the full payment still applied. Or the weekly booking would be cancelled.
