Actionball allows for shooting outside the circle as well as a range of other rule changes to the traditional Indoor Netball game.

The centre court players can shoot from outside the circle as well as the usual shooters.

Played on Monday night, Actionball has proven to be a hit with the indoor netball community.

The game is based on netball rules but with a few variations to make it even faster and exciting.

Goals scored in netball are normally worth 1 point, but in Actionball you can also shoot from outside the circle to get 2 points!
